Alternative Dispute Resolution in Puerto Rico

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts thus avoiding going to trial. In many instances, ADR is in the best interest of clients and meets their needs better than traditional litigation and its additional costs. As required, we advise our clients on international dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, settlement through mini-trials, and judgement by a neutral third party. Castañer Law has extensive experience in ADR and we routinely advise our clients on the legal consequences flowing from ADR options.

Environmental Law in Puerto Rico

Our firm fulfills the needs of our clients caused by constant changes in state and federal statutes and environmental regulations. Castañer Law provides legal counsel in all environmental, energy and land use aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions, project permitting and regulatory representation, environmental litigation, legislative and rulemaking affairs, among others.
